financial stewardship.
The Enterprise Resource Management team is looking for a Senior
Resource Manager to enable stewardship of firm resources. This role
will be part of a team that partners with leaders across the firm
to evaluate enterprise level resourcing needs, consults to analyze
business outcomes, and provides actionable resourcing
recommendations that maximize our existing resources and ensure
firm growth is tied to critical firm priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand firm vision and strategy, and ensure resource
management goals, business direction, and top priorities all align
to support the vision and strategy.
- Provide senior leader level strategic consulting and support
for cross-divisional, firm-wide, and divisional resource management
needs.
- Manage multiple deliverables with multiple stakeholders
simultaneously. Partners with stakeholders to clarify analysis
request to fully understand business problem and key
assumptions
- Partner with division leaders to define resourcing needs,
articulate business value, and develop resource management
solutions.
- Inform and educate other business areas as to the financial
impact of decisions, as well as recommending an optimal or
preferred solution to influence strategic direction; deliver
original insights on opportunities for enhancing Firm
performance
- Frequent verbal & written presentation of analysis, as well as
presentation of Firm resource management information and analytical
insights to senior & executive Firm leaders.
- Educate senior & executive Firm leaders across the firm on
resource management concepts and best practices.
- Takes constructive action with little or no direction from
others while collaborating as a team
- Develop divisional and Firm-level measurements to influence
strategic direction.
- Contributes materially to team strategy and vision setting
- Participate in and regularly lead cross-functional teams
- Packages to be shared with senior leadership on recurring
basis. Analyze and explain trends to facilitate discussions and
support business decisions. Leverage management reporting,
summaries, and recommendations to improve performance, manage
trade-offs, and prioritize investments. Position Requirements:
- B.S., or similar
- MBA, or similar preferred
- 7 years of experience leading large and complex programs
- 7 years of experience in relationship building with leaders
across divisions
- 7 years of experience facilitating communication with
leadership
- 3 years of experience in strategic consulting with senior
leaders
- 3 years of experience leading or mentoring other leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
- Advanced data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and data story
telling
- Ability to influence associates and leadership up to the
Executive Management level using verbal, written, and presentation
skills.
- Ability to summarize complex financial information and clearly
communicate up to executive management.
- Works effectively both independently and in a team
environment.Problem Solving:
Due to high volume, issues typically arise daily with varying
degrees of complexity. The Analyst must have Ability to identify
the question(s), analyze and recommend solutions to senior &
executive Firm leaders for a broad spectrum of resource management
opportunities in a clear and concise manner. The Resource
Management Analyst must have the ability to implement resourcing
solutions of a moderate to high complexity which involve
cross-functional teams, and therefore must be able to collaborate
well with associates and leadership throughout the firm.
Decision Making:
Decisions made based on analysis and recommendations provided
through this role generally have a moderate to high risk on Firm
performance. Decisions are of moderate to high complexity and
typically pertain to ad hoc analysis and the generation of
strategies and recommendations. Deliverables of the role (e.g.
match resourcing needs and facilitate resource movement to highest
priorities of the firm, analysis of business value for new
headcount recommendations, etc.) are made in alignment with
Resource Management leadership and approved by Executive
Leadership.
Span of Influence:
The Sr Resource Manager develops and performs high complexity
analysis of resourcing solutions that prioritizes firm stewardship
of resources towards the firm's highest priorities. The Analyst
works with leaders up to executive management, providing analytical
guidance to directly influence strategic business decisions. While
there are no direct supervisory responsibilities, mentoring and
training other associates on the team as well leaders from other
divisions is expected. To successfully influence decision making,
this position requires a deep understanding of how
departments/divisions interact with one another and impact firm
operations and initiatives.

range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is
