  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.The Comfort Letter Center of Excellence (CL COE) provides career opportunities within our assurance practice to virtually lead and complete comfort letters on a wide variety of financing transactions. The CL COE directly supports audit teams on most matters related to comfort letters, while also engaging with SEC Services and external counsel throughout the process.
