Sure, you need to be a seasoned real estate professional to achieve success with us as a Community Manager. Yes, you need to be knowledgeable about landlord-tenant laws. Of course, you need to be reliable and get done what you commit to doing. But the real fact is this -if you want to work here, you need to bring your A-Game! No. You have to show up batteries charged, fully psyched to make your property an amazing place to live for our Residents. You have to work your tail off inspiring your team to go above and beyond what's just required to make the community a truly great place to live, work and play! Please don't apply for this job if you're not the best of the best and want to prove it!Responsibilities Include:* Oversee all property staff* Meet or exceed specific budget expectations for collections, expenses and occupancy* Prepare and deliver regular property status reports to company executives* Analyze and report monthly financial results to company executives* Maintain lease expirations to proactively ensure renewal rate targets are achieved* Monitor marketing efforts to maintain a positive, professional community presence* Oversee all maintenance and make-ready responsibilities throughout the property* Other responsibilities and duties as assigned* Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions* Attract and educate new tenants* Investigate and resolve tenant complaints* Update and improve properties to increase return on investment* Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion* Supervise and train property staff* Enforce property and associations' rules and regulationsDesired Skills And ExperienceQualifications:* Previous experience in property management or other related fields* Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases* Ability to build rapport with tenants* Ability to multitask and prioritize* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSANT-- Realty Investments only hires world-class talent who are driven and exemplify outstanding character.
