excellence and compliance with industry standards. As the Manager,
Manufacturing Engineering you will lead a team of manufacturing
engineers, technicians, and the production maintenance team to
ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. This role
will be reporting to the site Operations leader. What You Will Do |
Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of
manufacturing processes to meet production goals, quality
standards, and cost objectives Drive continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve
product quality, ensuring alignment with AS9100 requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design
engineering, quality, and operations, to support new product
introductions and resolve manufacturing challenges Guide innovation
efforts for manufacturing capabilities by contributing to and
executing elements of our innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment
with strategic goals Play a key role in our NADCAP accreditation
efforts, ensuring special processes meet the rigorous requirements
for certification Manage the production maintenance team to ensure
equipment reliability and minimize downtime Mentor and develop team
members to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory
requirements Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare
reports to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement
What You Will Learn Advanced wire harness manufacturing techniques
and technologies in the aerospace and defense industries Formal
training in CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) , RTX’s
operating system designed to drive continuous improvement and
enhance operational performance Best practices for maintaining
compliance with AS9100 standards and achieving NADCAP accreditation
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in S
cience, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8
years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum 5 years of experience Experience in manufacturing
processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement
methodologies Experience in leading teams, including engineers,
technicians, and maintenance personnel Experience in Quality
Management Systems (QMS) and compliance with AS9100 standards or
equivalent Qualifications We Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Engineeri
ng , Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, or Business
Administration E xperience in manufacturing engineering or
operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience
in manufacturing software and tools Experience in the aerospace or
defense industry Experience with NADCAP accreditation or special
process compliance Excellent problem-solving, communication, and

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an
offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may
