contributions. About the Role We are seeking a Maintenance
Technician II to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a
Maintenance Technician III, you will be accountable for performing
advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, executing
preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting equipment
reliability to ensure safe, efficient production operations. Shift
& Schedule Shift: 2nd Hours: 2PM – 10:30PM Weekend availability:
Required Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing) Perform
preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on bakery
equipment to maximize uptime and performance Diagnose mechanical,
electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and PLC?related issues
and execute or assist with major equipment overhauls Maintain
production equipment while supporting daily operational schedules
and troubleshooting equipment deficiencies Operate machinery and
tools safely, including saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts,
forklifts, and related equipment Use the Maintenance Management
System to document work, track tasks, and communicate
electronically Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work
environment in compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and
regulatory requirements Partner with production, sanitation, and
external contractors to coordinate work, minimize downtime, and
support plant operations Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to
the Table) High School Diploma 3 years of mechanical/electrical
experience in industrial or manufacturing machinery OR 5 years of
relevant mechanical/electrical experience Ability to read and
interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control
system documentation Experience in at least two technical areas:
refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or process
controls Ability to operate lifts, forklifts, and power tools
safely Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and
perform physical maintenance tasks Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or related discipline Advanced experience in
electrical systems, refrigeration, welding, boiler/air compressor
systems, or machining Knowledge of equipment setup, functionality,
and preventive maintenance programs Strong problem?solving,
