Job Description:
Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking an HVAC &
Building Automation Supervisor to join their team. As an HVAC &
Building Automation Supervisor , you will be part of the
Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal
candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent
communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: HVAC & Building
Automation Supervisor Location: Greer, SC Pay: $45-$49/hr. What's
the Job? Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of
mechanical systems and equipment within the facility. Assist in the
installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency and
safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to develop
maintenance procedures and schedules. Maintain accurate
documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
What's Needed? Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial
maintenance or related field. Technical certification or equivalent
experience in mechanical systems. Strong understanding of
mechanical components, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read
and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. What's in it for me?
