us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring a Senior Delivery Center
Quality System Specialist(Level 4) to help support the teamin North
Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift. This position will be
focused on flight line operations and quality processes to include
but not limited to Airworthiness Inspections, Flight Performance /
Flight Squawks, and Aircraft Ticketing. The position will require
data analysis and presentation of data in multiple leadership
forums. Position Responsibilities: Leads Quality reviews of
regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early
quality involvement in process and program developments. Engage and
lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience. Lead
the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at
enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency. Leads
multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives,
policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program,
customer, regulatory requirements, and working agreements are
deployed. Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics,
models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and
development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.
Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and
process control statistics to continuously improve process
capability. Assists in the development of new standard processes
and policies relating to customer experience and presentations.
Works under minimal direction. This position is expected to be 100%
onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at
North Charleston, South Carolina. This position must meet export
control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance
requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is
required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent
resident, refugee, or asylee. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): 5 years of experience working Aerospace,
Fabrication and/or Manufacturing 5 years of experience in
collecting, reviewing and presenting data Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): 5 years of experience in flight
line/flight operations Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates
for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI)
assessment process. Summary pay range: $117,300 - $158,700 Drug
