Year-round employment Charlotte Heating and Air of Charlotte, NC,
is seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician who can install
residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning
systems to company standards. You will also supervise a crew and
demonstrate leadership abilities. Do you have a strong passion for
our industry? Will you do whatever it takes to achieve complete
client satisfaction? Do you want to work for a company where the

Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed Required
Qualifications: Valid license and insurable driving record 2 years
of experience performing HVAC installs EPA Certification NATE
Certification (bonus, but not required) Positive attitude Ability
to lead a team Willing to conform to company standards, procedures,
and policies
