Heidelberg Materials is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor/Planner to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning of our electrical systems and equipment, directly impacting our production capabilities. As a part of HeidelbergCement Group, a global leader in the construction materials industry, this position offers a unique opportunity to enhance facility operations through strategic maintenance planning and supervision. Develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical systems and equipment. Supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing training and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations across the plant. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage maintenance budgets and project timelines. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and repair. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the electrical and building materials industry. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous.
