Conduct equipment and process studies to support continuous improvementCollect data to support continuous improvement analysis and process implementationsManage major capital or other projects to ensure they are effectively and completed on time and on budgetTrain and develop Mill Operators as needed, to include periodic shift work and to meet training and business objectivesWhat You'll NeedCommunication skills with emotional maturity, a thorough understanding of the business process in a manufacturing environmentDesired project management experience, scientific methods, and statistical analysisAbility to teach, train, and coach; time management, and the ability to delate task preformed best by employeesExperienced in long bar rolling methods, and familiar with pass design theory, ISO quality practices, and continuous, improved methodsYour EducationBachelors degree preferredAssociate degree or equivalent experience preferredWe are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that's already part of your life.
