Job Description:
The Director will champion our mission of partnering with
families to help children build a strong foundation of faith,
identity, and confidence through biblical teaching, intentional
play, and meaningful relationships. This role is responsible for
leading and overseeing a thriving, Christ-centered environment
where children grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, and
academically. Provide spiritual leadership and ensure alignment
with Freedom Church’s vision and values Oversee daily operations,
curriculum direction, and classroom excellence Lead, hire, and
develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
Build strong relationships with families and communicate clearly
and consistently Manage enrollment, budgeting, staffing, and
overall program administration Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging
environment for all children Time Investment: Full time (36 hours)
salaried position Prerequisites: A growing relationship with Jesus
and alignment with Freedom Church’s beliefs Experience in early
childhood education (degree preferred) Previous leadership and/or
administrative experience Strong organizational, communication, and
relational skills
