The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. This position plays a key role in promoting student well-being, fostering positive school climates, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. /n/n Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for eligibility and program planning/n/t - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)/n/t - Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning and behavior/n/t - Deliver counseling and intervention services to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges/n/t - Collect and analyze data to support student progress monitoring and intervention effectiveness/n/t - Participate in crisis response, prevention initiatives, and professional development activities/n/t - Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and district policies/n /n/n Qualifications: /n/n /n/t - Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field/n/t - Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist/n/t - Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills/n/t - Experience working in K–12 school settings preferred/n/t - Knowledge of special education processes and RTI/MTSS frameworks/n /n/n Benefits: /n/n /n/t - Competitive weekly pay/n/t - Health, dental, and vision insurance options/n/t - 401(k) with company match/n/t - Professional development and continuing education support/n/t - Collaborative, student-focused environment/n /n IDR Job ID 488942.
