succeed ! YOUR LIFE AS A TEACHER As a Teacher, you come to work
every day with a smile on your face and a readiness to play! You
offer vital assistance as you support your lead preschool teacher
in directing the children's daily routines. You enjoy doing arts
and crafts with the kids, as well as leading circle time. You also
help with daily child care tasks such as feeding, hand washing, and
diapering. As the day goes on, you regularly perform clean-up.
After the students leave, you help tidy the classroom and prepare
it for the next day. You love spending time with our young students
and find personal satisfaction in developing their skills and
building their self-esteem! All staff members shall have the
following MANDATORY items completed: Be at least 18 years of age
Have a TB and Medical Exam on file with 14 days of employment Have
12 in-service hours per year Have a Food Handlers Card on file
within 30 days of employment and must be updated every 3 years as
mandated by the City of Columbia Be CPR and First Aid Certified and
