Early Education Site Director / Kindergarten Coach to lead the
academic, operational, and cultural success of our early childhood
program. In this role, you will guide a team of educators, partner
closely with families, and ensure our youngest learners thrive in a
safe, joyful, and developmentally rich environment. This

community from the ground up. What You’ll Do You’ll be in
classrooms, connecting with children, coaching teachers, and
supporting families—every single day. As Early Education Site
Director / Kindergarten Coach, you will: Lead and support teachers
in delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction
Foster a safe, structured, and joyful school culture rooted in
care, consistency, and high expectations Ensure compliance with
licensing, health, and safety requirements Support positive
behavior guidance and social-emotional development practices Use
child assessment data and observations to monitor progress and
guide instructional decisions Build strong, trusting partnerships
with families through clear communication and engagement Oversee
daily operations, staffing, schedules, and site logistics Plan and
facilitate professional development and coaching for staff Serve as
the instructional and operational leader of the early education
site Model professionalism, warmth, and a deep commitment to early

Qualifications Your experience has prepared you to lead an early
childhood program with confidence and care. Bachelor’s degree in
Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Valid state administrative credential or early childhood leadership
certification (or eligibility) At least three (3) years of
experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting At
least one (1) year of experience leading or coaching adults
Demonstrated success supporting child development and learning
outcomes Commitment to Movement Schools’ mission and values
Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Preschool Director,
Assistant Director, or Lead Teacher Familiarity with state
licensing requirements and early childhood regulations Experience
in a mission-driven, charter, or community-based program Knowledge
of play-based, developmentally appropriate, and data-informed

academic calendar and provides meaningful growth in a
purpose-driven environment. Starting Salary: $50,000 (based on
experience and role alignment) Employment Type: Full-Time Benefits:

Schedule: Follows the academic calendar with pre-scheduled summer
