This role is responsible for delivering individualized instruction, implementing effective intervention strategies, and creating a structured, supportive classroom environment where students can thrive. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students reach their full potential. /n/n Key Responsibilities: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state regulations /n/t/n/t - /n/t Provide differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s learning style and abilities /n/t/n/t - /n/t Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies as needed /n/t/n/t - /n/t Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications /n/t/n/t - /n/t Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required special education records /n/t/n/t - /n/t Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that supports both academic growth and social-emotional development /n/t/n/t - /n/t Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and educational goals /n/t/n/t - /n/t Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives /n/t/n /n/n Qualifications: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field /n/t/n/t - /n/t Active state teaching certification in Special Education /n/t/n/t - /n/t Strong knowledge of IEP development, behavioral supports, and instructional best practices /n/t/n/t - /n/t Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail /n/t/n/t - /n/t Excellent communication and teamwork skills /n/t/n/t - /n/t Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment /n/t/n /n IDR Job ID 488131. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
