Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school
setting in Monroe, NC. This full-time contract position runs
through the current school year, offering a rewarding opportunity
to support student communication development in a dynamic
educational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and
language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and
deliver therapy to students across K-12. - Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and school staff to support effective
communication strategies. - Document and maintain student records
in compliance with educational and licensure standards. - Utilize
ECATS system for reporting and data management. - Participate in
team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as
needed. Qualifications: - Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) with active North Carolina licensure. - Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. - Experience providing
speech-language services within schools, with a strong
understanding of school-based therapy models. - Proficiency with
ECATS (Electronic Child Accountability Tracking System) strongly
preferred. - Effective communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. - Availability to
work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) for the duration of the
