actively in rotational assignments across various units within the
hospital system. Apply theoretical knowledge obtained during
nursing school into practical scenarios under the supervision of
experienced mentors. Engage in continuous assessment and
implementation of patient care in collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team. Participate in regular workshops, seminars,
and simulations on clinical and non-clinical topics relevant to
nursing practices. Document patient care services accurately by
employing electronic health record systems. Strong clinical
knowledge base in contemporary nursing practice. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive health
information discretely. Ability to work collaboratively within a
team and adapt to dynamic environments. Keen observation skills for
