Department of Family & Community MedicineProfessor - Practice-Based Learning Network Leader ResearchAll Ranks, Tenure TrackThe Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks an experienced Practice-Based Research Network researcher to help us build a Practice-Based Learning Network that will focus on clinical innovation to achieve the quadruple aim. - The Department faculty and residents staff 10 family medicine community-based clinics, with 5 in -surrounding rural areas, serving 65,000 patients in over 160,000 annual patient visits. After accomplishing the immediate goal of building this network, the longer-term goal is to expand the network for the state of Missouri. Emphasis for this position is placed on clinical innovation, evaluation, and process improvements for Primary Care/Family Medicine practices in the 21st century, harmonizing the research, clinical, and education strengths of this Top 10 Department. - The successful candidate will join our vibrant community of scholars and will be supported by strong infrastructure in research staff, grants management, data analysis, informatics, as well as a departmental librarian.
