Job Description:
Description The Role in Brief The ideal candidate leads and
manages client and project team interactions, providing a distinct
level of customer service by fostering a culture of collaboration
and accountability. This role brings together the people, process
and business to align our capabilities and expertise and bring
value to our customers. The Engagement Manager provides leadership
from project inception to completion. Specific Responsibilities
Ensures communication internally and externally Ensures project
roles and responsibilities are assigned Establishes a complete
project team Understands customer expectations and business goals
Ensures financial success of the engagement Identifies upcoming
target opportunities Achieves strategic goals surrounding project
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required 5-10
years’ experience ideally within healthcare architecture Strong
communication and collaborations skills; personable Facilitation
and presentation skills Strong leadership Entrepreneurial spirit
Detail oriented Strong organizational skills Experience in Project
Management or related field Physical Requirements: Prolonged
periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able
to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
