The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point
of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound
calls, schedule sales appointments, and support our sales and
operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Candidates with experience using ServiceTitan are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with
professionalism and enthusiasm. Set and schedule sales appointments
with homeowners interested in our products and services. Use
ServiceTitan to manage customer information, track leads, and
schedule efficiently. Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support to
customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth
communication and appointment flow. Follow up on leads and
inquiries to help grow the company’s customer base. Maintain a
positive, solutions-focused attitude in every customer interaction.
Requirements: Qualifications Experience with ServiceTitan or
similar CRM/service management software. Proven experience in
customer service, especially handling inbound and outbound calls.
Experienced in scheduling or setting sales appointments. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and
comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy
and comfortable learning new software tools. A positive attitude
and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
