\n Pleater 1 marks pleats on drapery panel at pleat marking table
and punches holes for metal grommets. \n What you'll do \n \n Pleat
Marking Table \n Remove drapery from rack carefully, and place on
pleat marker table \n Read work ticket for special instructions and
sign work ticket \n Check work ticket for width, special returns,
and special instructions \n Subtract returns and overlaps from
widths of drapery, look in pleat mark book for reading and correct
number of mark drapery, any drapery with more than 10 panels had to
work out to correct number to mark drapery. \n Spread drapery out
on table, clamp down with holders on each side of drapery, set
returns, adjust seams, and mark drapery for pleat with invisible
chalk. Can only pleat 4 panels at a time, this is repeatedly done
until all panels are marked according to work ticket. \n Seam fold
each drapery and place on finish rack by date card numbers on
corresponding work ticket \n Any defectiveness of drapery and any
questions about drapery should be reported to supervisor, or placed
on a hold rack in a designated area to be checked by supervisor \n
Drapery should be correct by pleat marker before releasing to the
step for operation. Quality should be less than 1% and quantity
should be 70-100% effectiveness, depending on workflow \n Perform
other duties as assigned. \n Remove drapery from rack carefully,
and place on grommet machine \n Punches holes for metal grommets \n
Uses Hyproflex machine to insert metal grommets \n All other duties
as assigned \n \n Who you are \n \n High school graduate \n Ability
to use and read a tape measure \n General knowledge of fabrics \n
Ability to use hand tools \n Successfully pass color blind test \n
Accuracy with names, numbers and spelling \n Capable of
standing/sitting for extended periods of time \n Capable of lifting
on a continuous basis \n Strong attention to details \n Follow
