following job description: This role is an in office role requiring
working in office five days per week in one of the locations listed
on the requisition. Other locations may be considered. The CSBB
Strategic Execution Program Manager is responsible for the
strategy, planning, and end to end execution of internal events and
programs across the Consumer and Small Business Bank. The role
ensures that the recognition initiatives and program are
thoughtfully designed, flawlessly executed, and aligned to business
priorities, teammate engagement and the Truist culture and brand.
Lead and execute internal events across the Consumer and Small
Business Bank. Ensuring alignment with business priorities,
leadership objectives, and a consistent teammate experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the
essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed,
both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific
activities may change from time to time. 1. General Strategy: Lead
the development of client segment, product and channel strategy for
Retail & Small Business Banking. 2. General Strategy: Drive key
strategic initiatives including (but not limited to) identification
of high value segments and points of differentiation to win with
high value segments (including launching initiatives to acquire new
households with specific segments, and deepen relationships with
other segments). 3. General Strategy: Coordinate BU wide activities
and initiatives - Partner with BU teams to drive initiative
implementation: including (but not limited to) project management
(establishing timelines, critical path, milestones, RACI and
associated deliverables). 4. Segment Strategy: Have overall
accountability for client segment management (drive intended
outcomes of acquiring new households or deepening relationships
with existing households). 5. Segment Strategy: Partner with
performance / analytics teams to draw insights emerging for segment
to identify growth opportunities (either through acquisition or
deepening activities). 6. Segment Strategy: On an ongoing basis,
continue to formulate new strategic initiatives by drawing on
analytics / insights. 7. Segment Strategy: Partner with product and
channel teams to drive delivery of differentiated products and
client experiences by segment. QUALIFICATIONS Required
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable

– college degree (MBA preferred), or equivalent education and
related training or experience 2. Eight years of experience, or
equivalent experience and related training 3. Background in
consumer financial services / banking 4. Problem-solving skills,
ability to distil insights from large data-sets, strong analytical,
communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in
strategy consulting / strategic planning roles 2. Deep knowledge of
consumer / small business / direct banking 3. Proven ability to
collaborate across organizational siloes 4. Ability to lead by
influence 5. Competitive Intelligence: Support strategy and
initiatives by providing competitive insights and analysis General
