Association is seeking the position of Program Transformation
Specialist within our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team.
Working in partnership with leadership and key stakeholders across
the enterprise, this role will administer and execute change
initiatives across the full project management lifecycle to enable
scalable, sustainable improvements to Third Party Risk Management
program, framework, processes, systems and controls. Roles and
Responsibilities: Lead TPRM program initiatives end-to-end, from
initial concept through execution and sustainment. Evaluate and
implement initiatives informed by industry risk trends, regulatory
expectations and emerging Third Party risk considerations. Support
industry and internal risk reviews, translating insights into
actionable enhancements to TPRM frameworks, processes and controls.
Evaluate and structure customer change requests, defining scope,
requirements, stakeholders and expected outcomes aligned to risk
priorities. Develop and manage project plans, milestones and
deliverables using established workflow and tools. Facilitate
cross-functional governance with stakeholders, including status
meetings, design reviews and issue resolution. Ensure procedure,
training and communication readiness for effective adoption,
implementation, and sustainable execution of program enhancements.
Skills / Experience Needed: Experience in program management,
project coordination, change management methodologies, process
improvement or transformation initiatives. Strong organizational
and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple
initiatives concurrently. Effective written and verbal
communication skills, including documentation and stakeholder
communications. Ability to work collaboratively across functions in
a regulated or complex environment. Strong process facilitation,
project management, and analytical skills, with ability to
translate concepts into actionable outcomes. Demonstrated business
acumen and professional credibility to proactively identify and
address evolving business needs. Excellent presentation and
interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and engage
customers at varying levels of the organization. Basic
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience -
Typically more than five years of applicable experience Preferred
Skills/Experience - Considerable knowledge of applicable laws,
regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact
their assigned line of business - Considerable understanding of the
business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and
associated risks/controls - Knowledge of Third Party Risk

salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which

$86,360.00 - $101,600.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified
