experienced Controller to join our team in Spartanburg, South
Carolina. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented

manage financial operations with precision. The successful
candidate will also contribute to HR-related activities, ensuring
smooth organizational processes. Responsibilities: • Prepare and
analyze comprehensive financial statements for the business owner,
ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Oversee month-end close
processes, including reconciliations and reporting. • Manage
financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash
flow analysis. • Support HR functions, such as payroll and employee
record maintenance, as needed. • Ensure adherence to financial
regulations and company policies. • Monitor and report on key
financial metrics to guide business decisions. • Collaborate with
external auditors and tax professionals to ensure proper
documentation and compliance. • Streamline accounting practices and
implement improvements for efficiency. • Provide financial insights
to support strategic planning and growth initiatives. • Maintain
confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial and
HR information. • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting •
Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and related
activities. • Proven experience in financial statement preparation
and analysis. • Familiarity with HR processes and tasks, such as
payroll and employee record management. • Proficiency in accounting
software and tools for financial reporting. • Excellent analytical
skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently
and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills for
collaboration with stakeholders.
