market. Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a key
role reporting to the Controller/Treasurer, responsible for
overseeing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance with
internal policies and accounting standards, and supporting
financial decision-making through accurate reporting and
analysis.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with
deep accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the
ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced
environment. Mission StatementTo deliver timely, accurate, and
insightful financial information that supports FCA's growth and
operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and
year-end closing processes, including journal entries,
reconciliations, and reporting.Analyze and reconcile complex
balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets,
and intercompany balances.Prepare and review monthly financial
statements and ensure data integrity.Support AR and AP functions
including billing, collections, vendor reconciliation, and payment
accuracy.Lead process improvements and ensure compliance with GAAP
and internal controls.Provide financial analysis and support
forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking initiatives.Participate
in internal and external audits; prepare supporting documentation
as needed.Assist in ERP system maintenance and improvement
initiatives (SAP S/4HANA experience preferred).Collaborate with the
Controller on process documentation, training, and team
development.Additional DutiesMaintain vendor and customer records
and ensure accuracy of billing/payment terms.Investigate and
resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and payable.Create and
manage internal checklists to monitor compliance with contractual
and policy requirements.Provide cross-functional support and
contribute to broader financial operations such as PO tracking and
order flow.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA
is a plus.7-10 years of progressive accounting experience;
manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.Strong
understanding of U.S. GAAP (IFRS knowledge a plus).Proven ability
to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Experience working
with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred).Advanced Excel
skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail, organizational
skills, and ability to communicate effectively across teams.High
degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential
information.Compensation details: 75000-82000 Yearly
