The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Payables, Receivables, Inventory, Costs, Budgeting and Analysis, Forecasting, Capital Spending, Payroll, Managerial and Consolidated GAAP, closing, CPA, CMA, Public Accounting, Audit, ERP Accounting Software, Great Plains, and bilingual Spanish preferred. If you are passionate about finance and have a strong desire to grow your career in the industry, then we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reportsPrepare and analyze budgets and forecastsManage the month-end closing processOversee accounts payable and receivable functionsMonitor inventory and cost of goods soldManage capital spending and fixed assetsPrepare and process payroll for employeesEnsure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standardsAssist in the coordination of external auditsUtilize ERP accounting software and Great Plains to maintain accurate financial recordsProvide support to other departments as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or CMA certification preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelBilingual Spanish preferredExperience in public accounting or audit a plusIf you are a self-starter with a passion for finance and a desire to grow your career in the industry, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Interested in hearing more?
