Plymouth, MN - Job Description: -
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Energy and Federal Service teams by providing timely and accurate completion of assigned transactional activities. This role will interface directly with external and internal customers and financiers to complete required information in support of business transactional needs. This position reports to the Government Compliance Leader. NOTE: due to the nature of this role and working with the US Federal government, the candidate must be a US citizen. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -
*Complete and submit booking packets for Energy projects and change orders
*Set up and TECO projects in SAP
*Understand contract requirements, execution, scopes of work, and terms and conditions
*Process work packets for new customer set up and spot billing
*Submit invoices and reconcile payments for Federal financed deals
*Enter exemptions into PeopleSoft
*Enter and monitor labor hours into SAP
*Tracking and reporting of sales assist and risk project costs
*Run cost reports in SAP
*Set up intercompany PO's
*Submit contracts in the Department of Energy (DOE) system
*Upload documents to the Federal Government Document Library (FGDL)
*Responsible for Contractor Performance Assessment Report System (CPARS) tracking
*Process special report requests for external customers -
*Maintain material procurement and Pcard process
*Function as back up for other co-workers to include immediate Supervisor Basic Qualifications: -* US Citizen
* High School Diploma/GED -
* 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with client facing and field scheduling duties -
* 5+ years of experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Experience in SAP (or other invoice/accounting/scheduling)
* Ability to lead initiatives for process improvements
* Ability to read and decipher financial models and reports
* Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization includ1ng Senior Management
* Must be able to work under minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications -
* Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -
* Able to work collaboratively
* Ability to follow business processes and tasks -
* Ability to handle problems through to completion and understand impacts -
* Ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously
* 3+ years of experience in SAP
* 1+ years of experience in NEX/CPQ - Additional Information
