Job Description:
A large specialty medical practice in downtown Columbia is
seeking a Medical Biller. Responsibilities include reviewing
patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any
missing information. Will submit a high volume of medical claims to
all major insurance companies. Should be knowledgeable in medical
terminology and coding experience. This person should be reliable,
a self-starter and pay great attention to detail. Experience with
collections would be a plus. Follow up on denials, appeals and
unpaid claims within an appropriate billing cycle time frame is
