Overview:Carowinds is looking for a Timekeeping Compliance associate to perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to answering multi-line telephones, listening to and relaying 2-way radio traffic, typing, filing, entering data in computer, answering/addressing employee, etc. You'll be responsible for 15 year old minor labor laws compliance and missed punch corrections in UKG for Dayforce daily payouts. You'll also:

• Keep track of associate time adjustments and ensure the adjustment is entered in UKG
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and the accuracy of associate files, checklists, records, and logs.
• Facilitate an effective line of communication between all park operations associates and management.Some of our amazing perks and benefits:
